2 years ago, I purchased my first-generation reformer from Cunruope, and it has consistently performed well with no damage to the frame. Although I had to replace the shoulder-rest screws once and install a new set of springs, the reformer remains in excellent condition, demonstrating its durability.
More recently, I upgraded to the M1 Pro and continue to be extremely satisfied. The beautiful maple wood frame adds a refined, professional aesthetic to my studio, and the upgraded tower structure is visibly sturdier. Overall, the build quality and materials of the M1 Pro easily match those from premium brands I've experienced before.

I’ve now had my Cadillac reformer combo for a couple of weeks. I really love this piece of equipment. I’ve had many balanced body pieces and this is very comparable considering it’s not been around as long as them. What u get for the price is incredible. The shipping was consistent and I was updated to all details. Delivery was easy and in a large protective crate. Assembly for this piece is a half a day project and you’ll need four hands/ two people. Converting from reformer to Cadillac is easy and quick. U can really only face the foot bar for Cadillac footwork. No way to have head under foot at to to it because u can’t get fat enough back without head hanging off. This is not a deal breaker though. The reformer ride is smooth. Te stings are different color than a balanced body piece but are comparable and you will find the right combo for u and or your client. And the cusion is soft for now. Hoping it doesn’t wear out too soon. I’d expect over many years as most things do. The extended platforms are a total bonus! Love them. I haven’t used the jump board yet. I will repost back later on that. For now I’m a very satisfied customer.

BUY IT! I use to take classes at Club Pilates, and surprisingly got bored with the classes. I just wasn’t excited to go to them anymore. I have a home gym in my garage, and thought why not purchase a Pilates machine so that I’m within the comfort of my home and saving money! Guys, this machine is better than expected. It’s sturdy, stylish and practical. The glide is smooth, and it is pretty adjustable to your needs. I am 6’2” for reference, and do not have an issue fully extending the carriage. Delivery was to be expected, communicated prior to and on time. This machine is such a bang for your buck, and this company has the communication and customer service out there.
I did a lot of research before purchasing this item. I was looking for a studio quality reformer. I liked that I had the option of the metal as I felt over time it would hold up better than the wood.

After spending hours researching and even traveling to a reformer store a state away, I decided on this Cunruope. I had attended a couple months of Pilates classes at a studio and wanted more than just 50 minutes twice a week, and I also wanted to try new things besides what was allowed in class. Once I chose the Cunruope, it was nothing but great customer service. It arrived well packaged and undamaged, and assembly was super easy. I’ve loved working out with it and am still exploring all of the ways to benefit from it. While I considered a lower priced reformer, this one was the highest quality and still not the highest price point. My son reminded me that I will enjoy a quality piece of equipment and probably use it more, and he was right. I believe in investing in health, and this is a great investment!

This equipment is seriously heavy, so having two people to move it is a must! It's not the kind of thing you’ll be shifting around every day, and it's pretty long too, so make sure your space has the room to welcome this powerhouse!
I have for years been trying to locate a reformer that was of sturdy quality and could fold up because I don’t have a lot of room. The price of this reformer was too much to pass up. And did it deliver! This is great quality. And came with a bunch of extras: spine corrector, pilate ball, pilates stick, etc. I have been boasting about this to everyone I know to get one if they were into pilates at all. It took me about 30 minutes to unpack (the box it was shipped in was the biggest issue) and only a couple of things to attach. This comes essentially in one piece. If you're hesitant to buy, don't be. You'll be pleased and love this reformer. Moves around in the wheels easily too.

This reformer is well worth the money! Came almost all put together, just needing to add a couple accessories. Really great quality! Would purchase again, and will be purchasing other equipment from the sight for my home gym!
I'd been tempted for months to buy an inexpensive reformer for the days when my local pilates instructor has to cancel our sessions at her studio, but was concerned about quality as reviews were all over the place.
I found this one and further research led me to believe I would not be disappointed, and I am definitely not disappointed! This foldable reformer works as well as the one at the studio, except I can tuck it out of the way easily when not in use. It arrived with so much more than I was expecting, as well! Matts, the box, the jump board, inflatable balls, a pilates ring, and additional mini resistance bands.
The most challenging part of this was getting it out of the study wooden crate it arrived in. That required getting help from someone with a crowbar to get the crate open.
Video instructions on how to assemble it were sent via email, and I was able to do it all myself (I am not particularly handy or strong).
100% would recommend this reformer to anybody who is looking for a slightly more affordable option without risking that it will break or fall apart during use.
I had been researching reformers for awhile. Thankfully I had narrowed my decision down to a few companies including Cunruope.
I woke up in the middle of the night and saw they had the M2 Reformer with Tower and Mat on sale. The price was so great I got out of bed and purchased at 2 am.
From the time the transaction was finalized the customer service has been awesome. I received communication via email, text, and the shipping company called to set up the delivery date. I received the shipment in less than 3 weeks. There was a small issue with the delivery driver and his arrival time, however that was the fault of the shipper, no Conruope.
The products were securely packed in a solid wooden container. It is heavy, however, piece by piece, my husband and I were able to bring it into the home and get it set up.
The quality is top notch. The carrier glides smoothly. The first time I laid on the Spine Corrector my back popped. It felt amazing.
My lovely reformer is now set up in my home gym. I am thankful to have found this company, this unbelievable sale, and my reformer for life.

This product was shipped to me extremely quickly. There was minimal set up and the folding machine itself appears to be well crafted. Customer service was responsive to my inquiries. The reformer is smooth and I am really happy with my purchase so far. It is perfect for my home gym and the price was definitely reasonable compared to others on the market. I will probably purchase from them again if I can make room in my home.
The reformer is really good quality. Assembly was pretty straightforward for me, especially since I’ve used a reformer before. The spring and foot bar adjustments were easy to get the hang of, too. It feels really solid overall.
I’ve noticed a very slight bump or “hitch” when pushing the carriage back, but honestly, it’s nothing major. I’ve used reformers at my health club that probably cost twice as much, and the difference isn’t huge. It’s a trade-off I’m totally willing to make for the price I paid.
Just a heads-up—this thing comes in a super heavy box! It’s definitely a two-person job to carry it. I had read some reviews mentioning that it’s just a “threshold” delivery, so I was ready for it. You do need a decent amount of space to keep and use it. It’s heavy, so it’s not easy to move from room to room, but it does have wheels if you need to roll it somewhere. The carriage might need some breaking in, but I’m confident this machine will last me a long time—exactly what I need since I chose to buy this instead of paying for physical therapy week after week. The main part of the machine was assembled, but you do have to attach the ropes and a few other parts. Just keep in mind that setting it up requires a lot of space, because the box is even bigger than the machine itself. The reformer is solid, works smoothly, and I’m really satisfied with it so far.

Now, I can't even begin to describe how beautiful this machine is. It's so sturdy and well-designed—the frame is made of aluminum alloy, and the carriage is wide and smooth. The glide is so silky, and if you want to incline the machine, the headrest is adjustable. Plus, the ropes are automatically adjustable, which is a really thoughtful touch.
My local club uses Balanced Body reformers, and while Cunruope’s quality isn’t quite at the BB level, it’s still fantastic. The frame is sturdy, the bed glides smoothly, and the springs offer multiple resistance options. The straps and ropes aren’t quite as high-end as BB, but they’re still excellent. I also bought the Tower, and I absolutely love it. The platform is high-quality and solid, and there are plenty of springs for any kind of workout.
